HOW IT WORKS

Step 1
Create Wishlist

Use the wishlist template to create your own version with product names, options, and photos. This helps me make sure I get the right items for you. Once your wishlist is ready, share the Google Doc link with me in Step 2.

Step 2
Secure Your Slot

Pay the non-refundable deposit of $10 / RM30 to confirm your HTB order. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your final purchase. Don’t forget to submit the HTB form when it opens, with your wishlist link and payment proof.

Step 3
Shop & Ship

I’ll go to the stores and send you photos with the prices. If pre-approval notes are not listed, please confirm within the day, whether to purchase or pass. Once items are secured, I will bill you at the end of each shopping day.

❌ No items with batteries or bulky items
❌ No sprays / cans / mists / perfumes
❌ No fragile items such as glass or jars

💵 Payment

Prices will be given to you before purchasing. This price does not include HTB fee and EMS shipping fees from Korea to Singapore.

  • 1,000krw = $1 / RM3.30

  • HTB fee = $1 / RM3.30 per item

  • EMS fee = will be split amongst total buyers

  • Payment Methods:

    • 🇸🇬 Singapore: PayNow / Paylah

    • 🇲🇾 Malaysia: DuitNow / TNG

    • All other countries: Wise Payment

POLICIES

  • A non-refundable deposit of $10 / RM30 is required to confirm your HTB order. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment amount.

    Non-refundable if you cancel or decide not to buy anything, but fully deductible from your final purchase if you purchased something.

  • Shipping 🇰🇷 to 🇸🇬 will be via EMS. The OTP price of item you’re paying includes the fees required for EMS shipping.

    All HTB orders will be purchased throughout the month, and consolidated + shipped once all items arrive.

    If you have a lot of items and want to ship directly from KR to SG, please pm me. This is possible but the full cost of shipping will be paid by you as the box will not be shared with any buyer.

    Self Pickup (Canberra Only)
    SGD5 - express courier (1-2 working days)

    If parcel >4kg, shipping will increase according to total weight of parcel.

    📦🇲🇾 Malaysia

    RM20 - West MY (5-10 working days)
    RM30 - East MY (7-10 working days)

    If parcel >2kg, shipping will increase according to total weight of parcel.

  • Multiple items can be combined within the same month to save on shipping costs.

    All items will be combined into 1 parcel to be shipped together = only pay for 1 shipping fee (if total weight is below the maximum limit)

  • After receiving your wishlist, me / my proxy will source for your item and send you the list of prices.

    Please reply within 12 hours when I send pics or prices. If no reply within the time, item will be skipped. We will not return to the shop.

    If you cannot reply quickly due to work or other commitments, kindly list down your budget / alternatives in the pre-approval notes so there will be lesser back and forth.

  • Please include alternatives or skip if OOS in your wishlist notes. If all items in your wishlist is sold out, deposit will be refunded.

    Feel free to add or change items to your wishlist, and inform me after making changes.

  • Cheollectibles will not be liable and no refunds will be provided for any damages / lost parcels / mistakes made by the delivery service provider.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • HTB (Help To Buy) is a personal shopping service for individual orders. It’s different from a group order (GO). I’ll shop for your specific wishlist items in-store (albums, merch, beauty products, etc.) and ship them to you directly.

  • Yes, there is no open Group Order for Tour Merch. Please join this HTB and list them down in your wishlist.

  • Yes! While I mainly shop Seventeen, I also take requests for other K-pop groups and stores like Olive Young, OLENS, and more.

  • Cut-off for wishlist editing: 8 September 2025
    After submitting the HTB form, you can still make changes to this wishlist until then. After the cut-off date, the wishlist is locked.

  • Yes you can cancel, but you will lose the deposit.

    Please take note that the deposit is non-refundable if you decide to not buy anything.

  • I’ll confirm with you before buying. Please reply within the same day, or I’ll skip the item. If you’re too too busy, please leave pre-approval notes like “buy if under $30” and I will auto-skip if it’s over.

  • I will go to multiple stores and suppliers to check for the stock. If it’s sold out after visiting all stores, you won’t be charged and your deposit will be refunded.

  • At the end of each shopping day. I will bill you with the total amount spent from the day, and you can make the payment transfer accordingly.

  • No. Prices will be given to you in OTP (one-time payment). This OTP price includes HTB fee and EMS shipping fees from Korea to Singapore.

    Courier delivery to Singapore and Malaysia is not included.

  • Yes. Please PM me (@nurulmimsy on telegram) to check for shipping prices. I will send you a screenshot of the shipping fees to your exact location.

  • Yes, all items are from official shops in Korea only.

  • Yes, through instocks that I will be sharing in the @cheollectibles telegram channel. This will be on a first come first served basis.

  • Yes, if you and your friend are in the same country and shipping to one address. Please create one wishlist under one name.

    However, combined shipping may increase if the parcel is overweight.
