HOW IT WORKS

Step 1
Create Wishlist

Use the wishlist template to create your own version with product names, options, and photos. This helps me make sure I get the right items for you. Once your wishlist is ready, share the Google Doc link with me in Step 2.

Step 2
Secure Your Slot

Pay the non-refundable deposit of $20 / RM64 to confirm your HTB order. This deposit is to ensure that you are a serious buyer, not window shopper.

The non-refundable deposit will be deducted to offset from your final bill amount.

Don’t forget to submit the HTB form when it opens, with your wishlist link and deposit payment proof.

Step 3
Shop & Ship

I’ll go to the stores and shop for you based on your pre-approval notes. Once items are secured, I will bill you a photo with receipt as proof of purchase.

Items will be packed and shipped out by me once I am back home from my trip.

💵 HTB Fees

For small items below 100g/100ml/10cm: $2 / RM7 per item
For items above 100g/100ml/10cm: $5 / RM16 per item

What is the HTB fee for?

  • Baggage allowance to bring your item back

  • Admin fee for shopping for you :)

Payment Methods:

  • 🇸🇬 Singapore: PayNow / Paylah

  • 🇲🇾 Malaysia: DuitNow / TNG

  • All other countries: Wise Payment

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING

  • Pay the non-refundable deposit of $20 / RM64 to confirm your HTB order. This deposit is to ensure that you are a serious buyer, not window shopper. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or go MIA.

    The non-refundable deposit will be deducted to offset from your final bill amount.

    For example:
    Total Deposit Paid = $20
    Total HTB Bill = $100
    Total balance to pay = $100 - $20 deposit = $80 only

  • All HTB orders will be purchased during every trip throughout the month. Self collection and courier dates will be confirmed at a later time via Telegram, once I am back in Singapore.

    Self Pickup (Canberra Only)
    SGD5 - express courier (1-2 working days)

    If parcel >4kg, shipping will increase according to total weight of parcel.

    📦🇲🇾 Malaysia

    RM20 - West MY (5-10 working days)
    RM30 - East MY (7-10 working days)

    If parcel >2kg, shipping will increase according to total weight of parcel.

  • Multiple items can be combined if purchased within the same month.

    Example Order
    2 Items from Japan June HTB
    5 Items from Korea June HTB

    All items will be combined into 1 parcel to be shipped together = so you only pay for 1 shipping fee

  • Please include alternatives or “skip if OOS” in your wishlist notes. If all items in your wishlist is sold out, deposit will be refunded.

  • Nurul Mimsy will not be liable and no refunds will be provided for any damages / lost parcels / lost baggage / mistakes made by the delivery service provider. By proceeding to submit an order, you agree to this terms.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • HTB (Help To Buy) is a personal shopping service for individual orders. I’ll shop for your specific wishlist items in-store (albums, merch, beauty products, etc.) and bring it back to Singapore / Malaysia.

  • After submitting the HTB form, please contact me via Telegram if you wish to make changes to the wishlist.

  • Please take note that the deposit is non-refundable. You can cancel, but you will lose the non-refundable deposit.

    HTB slots are limited. This non-refundable deposit is to ensure that HTB slots are given to serious buyers only. I do not window shop.

  • I will only proceed to buy the item if it is within your budget range that is set in your wishlist.

  • I will go to multiple stores and suppliers to check for the stock. If it’s sold out after visiting all stores, you won’t be billed and your deposit will be refunded.

  • You will be billed at the end of each shopping day, with photo proof that your items were successfully secured.

  • No. The HTB fees includes handling and extra baggage allowance to bring your items back to Singapore/Malaysia. Only courier delivery is not included.

  • Yes. Please PM me (@nurulmimsy on telegram) to check for shipping prices. I will send you a screenshot of the shipping fees to your exact location.

  • Yes, all items are from official shops only. You will be provided with receipt proof.

  • Yes, through instocks that I will be sharing in the @exploretoshop or @cheollectibles telegram channel. This will be on a first come first served basis.

  • Yes, if you and your friend are in the same country and shipping to one address. Please create one wishlist under one name.

    However, combined shipping may increase if the parcel is overweight.
